Silent Auction opens on November 30, 2020 at 8:00 am and closes on December 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm.

 

 

The way our Silent Auction will work.  A link to our Silent Auction items and packages  will be sent out via email to all of our current families, alumni, families and  friends. The link has a Browse feature that will allow everyone to browse through our items and packages. If anyone wishes to bid, they will register their information and credit card, which will give them access to the bidding.  This is a mobile bidding app and it will notify people if they are outbid on an item and then notify them if they won the item..  You may bid on an item as often as you wish. 

 

BIDDING

The opening bid on any item or package is determined by the retail value of the item or package.  

Each auction item or package has it's own bid sheet identifying the item, package, description. This will indicate the opening bid and increments for bidding. Increases in bids must be equal to the increment amount specified.

Highest bidder will receive the auction item or package. 

All items or packages must be paid in full before the buyer can claim their winnings. VISA and Master Card are accepted. Unpaid for items or packages will negate that winning bid and the items or package will be offered to the next highest bidder.

It is the winners responsibility to make arrangements for pickup of their item or package.

Following current school COVID guidelines, curbside pick-up of items or packages will be held on these dates and times only.

December 8 - 11, 9:00 am-2:00 pm 

December 12, 9:00 am- 11:00 am (Saturday)

December 14- 16, 9:00 am-2:00 pm
